Returns

Please contact us by email before making a return, see Contact page.  You the customer are responsible for shipping back your returned order.

All returns must be initiated within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise.  They must be prepaid, insured and have a copy of the invoice and be unused and in the original packaging.  We will refund the cost of the item but not the shipping.

When we receive the returned item we will process the refund in the same method as the original payment.  Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or give refunds on items that have been opened; spell kits, herbs, bath salts, smudge blends etc.  Please return the items in a secure box and insure it.  We are not responsible for items that are returned damaged.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once a product has been shipped to you

Loss of items

Please contact us immediately should you experience loss or damage of your order.  We will do our best to work with you to locate your package as all of our orders have tracking and insurance.  If a claim is required and as soon as the carrier has accepted the claim, you will receive a refund for the lost/damaged item.
